2. Acceptance of these terms
By using our website or asking us to plan/book travel, you accept these Terms & Conditions and agree to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
3. Our role as agent
We act as an agent for airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other suppliers (“Suppliers”). Your contract for travel components is with the relevant Supplier whose terms and conditions apply. We are not responsible for Supplier acts, errors, or omissions but will support you in liaising with them.
4. Quotes and pricing
- All quotes are subject to availability and may change until booked and ticketed.
- Prices can vary due to currency, taxes, fees, fare class changes, and Supplier updates.
- We will disclose known mandatory fees (e.g., resort or city taxes) when reasonably ascertainable.
5. Deposits, payment, and documents
- Deposits may be required to secure arrangements and are often non-refundable.
- Final payment is due by the stated deadline; failure to pay may result in cancellation and loss of deposits.
- Travel documents (tickets, vouchers) are issued after full payment clears.
6. Changes, cancellations, and no-shows
- By you: Change and cancellation policies vary by Supplier and fare/rate type. Additional fees and fare differences may apply.
- By Suppliers: Schedules or services may change. We will assist with rebooking or refunds according to Supplier policies.
- No-shows: Typically treated as full cancellations with no refund.

7. Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined by Supplier rules and any applicable agency service fees. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method where possible. Timing can range from 7–14 business days after Supplier remits funds, up to 90 days in complex cases.
8. Passports, visas, health, and insurance
- You are responsible for valid passports, visas, health requirements, vaccinations, and entry formalities.
- We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance (medical, evacuation, cancellation, delay, baggage, and Supplier default where available).
9. Conduct and acceptable website use
- Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with security or operations.
- Content on this site (text, design, images) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse except for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution and any required permissions.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses; nor for loss from acts/omissions of Suppliers or events beyond our control (including force majeure). Our aggregate liability in connection with services is limited to the amount of agency service fees you paid to us for the relevant booking, except where prohibited by law.
11. Force majeure
We and Suppliers are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, governmental actions, or infrastructure failures.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia. Courts in Tasmania have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version posted on this page is the current version.
